Turkey Trot 2025 | November 15th • Countryside Covenant Church

We are so excited to host our first annual Turkey Trot at Countryside on Saturday, November 15th. The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at noon! Proceeds from this event will go toward church mission trips! There are several ways you can be involved in the Turkey Trot!

Register and participate in the 1K walk/run/trot and other fun activities for free (no t-shirt).
Register and pay $25 to receive a shirt and participate in all of the activities. The shirts will be a tan color with the logo that is on this form!

If you are registering multiple people from your household, you do not need to complete multiple forms; simply include their names below.

Registration and payment deadline if you are ordering a shirt is ~~October 26th~~ November 2nd!

If you are not ordering a shirt we will still take your registration until November 10th.

We can only accept cash or check payments. You can drop off your payment in the church office during the week or give it to Jeremy on Sunday.

Event Waiver if planning to participate in 1k or activities

I know that running/walking in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to participate in this event, and am in good health. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, physical contact with other participants, volunteers, and spectators. I assume all risks including: the effects of the weather; high heat and/or humidity; freezing cold temperatures; traffic and the conditions of the road (or trail, sidewalks, etc.) including surrounding terrain, and animals both wild and domestic.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Countryside Covenant Church and it's staff and/or volunteers from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.

I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes.
