Complete application and once submitted a reference will be requested from Pastor/Director of Student Ministries. Regular church attendance at Countryside Covenant Church is expected when serving in children's ministry at CCC. 

If you are applying for Kids Connect only you will need to provide two references. Please list their names and email address at the end of this application. 

All reminders are sent via email and text. Please provide an email and number that works best for you to receive these reminders. 

Expectations

We are so excited that you are choosing to use your gifts to serve in Children's Ministry! It is important that you understand that this is a commitment. If you have been scheduled to serve in an area and are not able to meet that commitment it is your responsibility to find a replacement or trade with someone. We will provide you many ways to find a sub.

Because you are a student, we want to make sure we are equipping you to serve and become a better leader. You will be evaluated by the adults you are serving with. You will be expected to meet with the director twice a year to review those evaluations so that we can encourage and address any areas where you might need some growth.

You will always be placed with an adult when serving. Pleae check in with an adult when arriving and before leaving your ministry area. 

Covenant

I understand that it is a privelege to serve God in His church and represent Him. I also understand that I will be held to a higher standard as I become a "role model" for other children. Even on weeks when I am not actively involved in serving, I will be expected to display exemplary behavior at all times.
